Why Holistic Mental Health- Webinar Recording

In this webinar, Michael Wong discussed the idea of holistic mental health, how it works, and how we can use it to benefit ourselves and those around us.

Look into what the bible has to say about holistic mental health, and see whether it’s compatible with the biblical understanding of 'personal wellbeing' outlined in Luke 2:52, the notion of multi-layered personal discourse a la Paul Ricoeur’s hermeneutics (Wong 2018), and other case studies (Wong 2021).
